Terms and Conditions for SOUPerb awards prizes
Be in to Win prizes from Cully & Sully.
Entry for the giveaway is via following the link from the QR codes on the promotional soup tubs available in Ireland from June- August 2024 on the Chicken and veg soup tub and Chowder.
Winners will be picked and announced via email.
Entry into the competition is by purchasing a Cully & Sully chicken & vegetable soup or chowder with the promotional lid. The Competition will run from when lids are available to the public, approx from 1st of June 2024 until 31st of August 2024. Winners will be picked at random and contacted throughout the giveaway period
The steps to enter are as follows:
- Scan the QR code on the promotional lids
- Nominate or Vote for where you believe serves the best bowl of chowder
- And submit entry with your email address.
CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions and the Competition at any time.
The winner will be randomly selected by Cully and Sully. Winners will be chosen and contacted via email throughout the campaign.
The decision in relation to the selection of prize winner(s) and how prize winners are selected by CULLY & SULLY is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of CULLY & SULLY will be final.
Competition entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner. Cully & Sully reserves the right to request written proof of age of any competition winner.
No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of the stated prize(s).
Prizes
The prizes for the giveaway on the Chicken and Veg soup and chowder for this ROI competition will be for either A SUP, branded merchandise for Cully and Sully, such as flasks, bowls, hoodies, rash vests and restaurant vouchers. The prizes will be assigned at random and winners will not get to choose which prize they receive.
Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes, including dates, are subject to availability.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, hometown, contact number(for the courier) and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as CULLY & SULLY or the promoter(s) may require.
CULLY & SULLY are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to CULLY & SULLY promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction. CULLY & SULLY accepts no responsibility for entries lost while uploading the same to our website or Facebook page or for any technical issues resulting in lost entries.
CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.
Neither CULLY & SULLY nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will CULLY & SULLY have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the competition or any of the prizes rewarded.
Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.
CULLY & SULLY reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
Participation in CULLY & SULLY competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition-specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
CULLY & SULLY does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems.
Participation denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional campaign-specific terms and conditions.
